Body shops repair collision damage, dents, rust and paint, and most work directly with insurance companies: you can choose any shop, not only the insurer's preferred one, and the shop will write a supplement if hidden damage turns up. Paintless dent repair fixes hail and door dings without repainting. Detailing shops clean and protect interiors and paint, from a basic wash-and-wax to ceramic coatings and paint protection film. Car washes range from self-service bays to express tunnels with monthly memberships. Upholstery shops repair seats, headliners and convertible tops, and restoration shops bring classic and collector cars back to original or custom condition.

Chicago is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Getting around Chicago is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Illinois's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Ducky's Car Wash and cannot give it more than 2 stars. The biggest issue is that the car wash simply did not clean our vehicle properly—there were still noticeable dirty spots left on the car afterward. To make matters worse, they do not provide drying towels or any glass cleaner fluid, leaving you completely on your own to wipe down the windows and finish the job. The overall facility lacks basic amenities as well. There is nowhere for customers to wash their hands, and you cannot even use a restroom here. The only part of the experience that started out decent was the vacuum station, but even that turned into a frustration when the vacuum hose kept flying out right in the middle of using it. I expected much better service and functional equipment for a car wash facility, and I will not be returning.

The basic car wash is now $7 and it does a horrible job cleaning. My whole car is still dirty, my car is covered in steaks of dust, and I had to clean my windows by hand afterwards. I never tried their premium washes, but as for the basic wash, I can get much cleaner results for cheaper elsewhere.

Without a doubt, Ducky’s Car Wash is my favorite and only car wash place! The service is always quick, spotless, and efficient. My cars come out shining every time. The vacuum machines work great, and it’s always a smooth in-and-out experience. I’ve been one of the first customers, and even after many years, I still love coming here. The consistency and quality have never changed. Thank you, Ducky’s, for the excellent service all these years! 👏🚗✨

Ducky’s Car Wash is a solid spot for a quick, affordable clean. The wash does a good job, the vacuums have strong suction, and the mat-cleaning machine is super convenient. The staff is friendly and keeps the place running smoothly. It’s an easy in-and-out car wash that gets the job done without any hassle. Great place if you need your car cleaned fast and for a good price!

Good car wash as compared to others in the nearby area. They claim right that the tunnel is long and the cleaning is also effective depending on what package you have purchased. I recommend this place. Why did you guys have shifted to 1 vacuum from 2 vacuums each side?
